Project Management

‘’By three ways we learn wisdom. First by reflection, which is the noblest; second by imitation – which is easiest; and third by experience, which is the bitterest.’’
(Confuscious, Chinese Philosopher.)

’Beacon Wood will give you the benefit of their experience to avoid finding out the hard way in Project Management and delivery of large and complex projects. Often projects will be taken from the feasibility stage, through detailed design and then the planning process and subsequently procurement, tendering and final construction. They may involve detailed negotiation with other stakeholders including rights to light negotiations or party wall matters with neighbours, or third party interests in the property.

Beacon Wood bring additional skills to the Project Management process, including insight into the investment market in which the finished product will be valued alongside its competitors, and the occupational markets where specific tenants have particular requirements for properties to be attractive to them.

Skilled Project Management requires a delicate touch in managing and getting the best from the many specialists required to design buildings, and a firm grip on the decision-making tiller to make sure the design process boat maintains speed and direction through the choppy waters of regulation.

At Beacon Wood we have a strong hand in all aspects of Project Management.
